CONDITIONS :
] Rates will be quote inclusive of 21% tax & service charge.

] 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom is available as connecting villa.
] Any cancellation must be written by email.
] Any cancellation made within 14 (fourteen) days prior to guest arrival, will results in the forfeiting 1 (one) night accommodation cancellation penalty.
] Any cancellation made within 7 (seven) days prior to arrival, or in case of no show, a full nights booking charge will be applied.
] Check In time 14;00 hours, should the guest arrive earlier they have to wait until rooms are ready.
] Check Out time 12;00 hours.
] Late check out until 18;00 hours is charged 50% from the existing rates and after 18;00 hours consider a full night charge applied.
] Early check in and late check out are subject to space availability and prior notification is requested.
] The Invoice will be sent upon reservation confirmation or latest 14 (fourteen) days prior guest arrival.
] All invoices shall be settled within 7 (seven) days upon receipt of invoices. If 50% down payment has not been settled before 7 (seven) days, considered full prepayment on “CASH BASIS” upon guest arrival.
] Any amendment to the reservation shall not be valid until agreed in writing.
] Pradha Villas Seminyak and the client agree to each carry adequate liability and other insurance protecting itself against any claims arising from any activities conducted in the retreat during the period of accommodation subject to acts of nature, war, government regulations, disaster, strikes, civil disorder, curtailment of transportation facilities, or any other emergency making it illegal or impossible to provide the facilities mentioned.
